Positive feedback is always appreciated and welcomed. This helps when we are reflecting on and reviewing our policies, procedures & practices, appraising our Staff, and completing self assessments of practices for our Quality Improvement Plan.
It is imperative that you speak with your child’s Room Leader if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we provide for you and your child. This also helps us review and improve our current practice. Even if you are unsure about something, please feel comfortable to make a time to come and have a chat.

If you have a complaint or concern that you feel hasn’t been addressed by the Room Leader, you are welcome to discuss it with the Management Team. Please see the Managing Grievances Policy information under the 'ABOUT' tab on our main screen.
Families are also entitled to direct their complaints to the Education and Care Regulatory Unit.
